FrameStep Video Production Services
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by FrameStep Video Production Services (“FrameStep”, “we”, “us”) to the client (“you”).

1) Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you accept our quote/proposal in writing (email is fine) and we confirm the date(s).
2) Fees & Payment
-
Fees are as agreed in the quote/proposal.
-
Any additional costs (e.g., travel, parking, specialist hire, location fees, stock music/footage) will be included in the quote where possible, or agreed with you in advance.
-
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
-
We may pause work and/or withhold delivery if invoices are overdue.
3) Changes to Scope
If the brief, deliverables, filming time, or edit requirements change, we may need to revise the quote and/or timeline.
4) Editing & Revisions
Your quote will set out what’s included in post-production and how many revision rounds are included. Extra revisions or changes of direction may be chargeable.
5) Delivery & Storage
-
Deliverables will be supplied in the formats listed in your quote/proposal (e.g., 4K/HD, 16:9/vertical).
-
We don’t guarantee long-term storage of project files unless agreed. Please download and back up your files once delivered.
6) Cancellation & Postponement (Confirmed Bookings)
If you cancel or postpone a confirmed booking, the following charges apply:
-
More than 14 days’ notice: No charge
-
7–14 days’ notice: 50% of the agreed shoot fee
-
Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the agreed shoot fee
These charges reflect reserved time and preparation. Any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (e.g., hired crew, locations, specialist rentals) remain payable.
7) Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
-
access to locations, permissions, and any required releases for contributors (unless we agree otherwise);
-
ensuring the filming environment is safe and that anyone you want filmed is available on time;
-
ensuring you have the right to use any materials you supply (logos, music, images, scripts, claims).
8) Rights & Usage
-
Once full payment is received, you may use the final delivered videos for your normal business/marketing purposes unless your quote says otherwise.
-
Stock music/footage is licensed and remains subject to the supplier’s licence terms.
-
Raw footage and project files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
9) Portfolio Use
Unless you tell us in writing that a project is confidential before filming, you agree we may use short clips/stills for our portfolio/website/social media.
10) Liability
We take care to deliver professional work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant booking, except where the law does not allow this.
11) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
